West Coast Modern
Eagles Nest House by Peter Kaffka
Photography & Creative
West Coast Modern is a Vancouver-based real estate practice specializing in architect-designed homes. Inspired by the West Coast Modernist movement of the 1940s, they represent properties that prioritize natural light, honest materials, and a deep connection to their surroundings. From mid-century icons to contemporary builds, their curated listings reflect a belief that good architecture is both timeless and life-enhancing.

I captured editorial content for this 1965 West Coast home by modernist Peter Kaffka, built for one of the Burrard Street Bridge engineers. With fireplace details drawn from the bridge, the home reflects a shared vision of design as legacy. Perched above Eagle Harbour, it offers a quiet connection to forest, water, and sky. I also created short-form video for West Coast Modern’s social platforms to bring the home’s story to life.
I'm currently available to  freelance  projects.
